We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The staff went out of their way to meet our requests for delicious fish prepared exactly the way we wanted. They were not only attentive and kind but also incredibly warm and approachable. What impressed us the most was how naturally they communicated with both adults and children, making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. We went here for dinner on our last night in Amalfi and were really glad we did. The food was fantastic and the view was one of the best in town. The service was also great. We were there during the Regata and when Italy's oldest naval vessel passed by on the same evening. Not only was it a great place to see the celebration from, but the staff came by and told us all about the significance of the events going on.

This was by far my favourite restaurant I've eaten at in Amalfi! Beautiful gorgeous view, the food was amazing, and our server was extremely kind and attentive. The atmosphere was the best I've experienced, the music was amazing and overall just had a really lovely experience here from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We loved our first dinner so much we decided to make our last dinner in Amalfi here as well. The Lemon Pasta, Chicken Limone and Seafood dishes were delicious as well as the desserts...be sure to try the Limoncello Tiramisu, Torta de la Nonna and Lemon Delight was magic! Best meal I had in Amalfi area (3 nights stay) after having eaten all over the coastline. The mixed seafood grill was delicious. Every item was perfectly cooked. My waitress was very sweet. Prices were cheaper than other establishments in town. Highly recommend giving them a try. Right outside of Amalfi proper via a very short walk. They also have a lovely patio overlooking the harbor.

Absolutely fantastic small covered terrace restaurant with view of Amalfi coast, great food and service! Reasonable prices, seems to be family run or gives you that personal vibe. Had the best Gnocchi ever and leave some room for their dessert selection! May need a res. We had to come back second night.

Great views, even greater service. The ladies working were kind, funny, and provided stellar service. The food was delicious too. We throughly enjoyed everything lemon on the menu, most of all the sponge cake. While it is a bit of a hike from Amalfi, I’d recommend making the walk up to La Preferita for a great meal served by genuinely nice people!

Perfocto momento ! Absolutely delicious risotto – creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection! It’s as if the entire Amalfi Coast is at your feet… with a view that’s absolutely breathtaking.

We enjoyed the hospitality and the food. It was amazing how hospitable they are. That was amazing and the olive oil and pepper oil & Balsamico with bread as a welcoming was fantastic and super tasty Highly recommended. Such a spectacular view

We went to expensive places in Amalfi, but La Preferita was probably the best experience we had. The food was fantastic, the view is incredible, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awesome experience. Really nice atmosphere , food and the service was very nice. Feel free to trust the waitress , she will guide you through a great experience. It definitely was the best dinner I've had in Amalfi, away from the tourist spots and very nice overall.

The pasta alla norma was probably the best pasta I’ve ever had. The restaurant staff are so kind. The view from the seats are insanely beautiful - I recommend coming at sunset!

Service was a little slow as it was a bit busy both nights we went and there were only two waitresses, but it was not terrible. The food made up for it!
Our favorites were the lemon dessert and lemon sorbet (which had I think a lemon curd inside). The pasta dishes were also great as well! Recommend the lemon pasta, zucchini cream pasta and the tomato pasta. Simple but delicious.- Servizio
